10 Commandments of Aliveness

  1. Stop chasing—surrender and let life come.

    Stop running after life.
    Let it come.
Restlessness is fuel, but presence is the gift.

  2. Honour freedom above comfort.

A confined life is not worth living.
Risk, movement, and change are the soil where your spirit breathes.

  3. Embrace struggle as the path.

    Do not fear hardship.
It is the bridge that deepens relationships.
With self, others, and the divine.

  4. Empty your mind often.

Like the sea tide clearing the shore, flush away thoughts and return to stillness.
    Emptiness is sacred space.

  5. Live in rhythm with nature.

The forest, the ocean, the mountains.
They remind you of simplicity, wholeness, and the little it takes to feel complete.

  6. Write as if your life depends on it.

    Writing is not performance.
It is survival, discovery, and devotion.

  7. Celebrate being yourself.

    Do not perform to impress.
Be the only one, not the best.
Celebrate your unique rhythm, and let it inspire others.

  8. Value presence over possessions.

Material wealth without spiritual depth is poverty.
True abundance is aliveness, connection, and beauty.

  9. Taste life in its full color.

    Sex, music, travel, silence, love.
Let them not be escapes but doorways into expanded spirit.

  10. Inspire others to remember their flame.

Live vividly, so others are reminded of what is possible.
Be the spark that whispers: “Life is worth fighting for”.
